Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Cruise Sugar are not eligible to participate.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on the date Cruise Sugar launches the app and ends 18 months later at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

Participants may enter by creating a Cruise Sugar account and completing the required entry steps during the Entry Period. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise specified. Creating multiple accounts or submitting fraudulent entries may result in disqualification.

To comply with applicable law, an alternate method of entry is available. To enter without creating an account, mail a handwritten card with your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to Cruise Sugar Sweepstakes Entry,  c/o Sweetway Holdings, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801 c/o Sweetway Holdings, LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801. Mail entries must be postmarked before the end of the Entry Period and received within seven days thereafter. Limit one mail in entry per person.

Prize

One winner will receive a cruise vacation with an approximate retail value of less than 600 US dollars. The prize includes cruise fare only. The prize does not include airfare, ground transportation, travel insurance, gratuities, onboard purchases, excursions, taxes, fees, or any other incidental expenses unless specifically stated.

The prize is non transferable, non refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Cruise Sugar reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected by December 31, 2027, via a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential winner will be notified via the email associated with their entry. The winner must respond within seventy two hours. If the winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Cruise Sugar may use the winner’s first name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Taxes

Because the prize value is less than 600 US dollars, federal tax reporting is not anticipated. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Cruise Sugar and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize, including travel related risks.

General Conditions

Cruise Sugar reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, platform disruptions, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Cruise Sugar reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in fraudulent behavior.

Platform Disclaimer

Participants acknowledge that this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or X. Participants release these platforms from any responsibility related to the Sweepstakes.

Disputes

Any disputes arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the United States and resolved individually through binding arbitration. Participants waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Booking and Affiliate Links: Cruise Sugar may provide links to third party travel providers, cruise lines, or travel agents. Payments and booking transactions occur on third party platforms. Cruise Sugar does not store full payment card information.

We may use your information to create and manage your account, provide matching and social features, enable messaging, facilitate cruise group coordination, send service related communications, send marketing communications where permitted by law, monitor and enforce our Terms of Service, detect fraud or abuse, improve platform performance, and comply with legal obligations.
